Claim Management System
is a software which keeps track of the
claims which are been raised by the
shipping agents. The Client is a governing
body which looks after such claims which
are been raised in the region. The software
keeps track of the claims right from
when it was raised till it is been honored.
The governing body has different branches
over the country and the head office
manages the records and transactions
carried out by these other branches.
There is a synchronization of the data
at the HO through import-export facility
provided in the application.
