The purpose of this Customer Relation Management (CRM) System is to maintain the various activities handled in an organisation involved in the pre-sales and post-sales phase, and hence maintain the customer relations and improve the efficiency of the Organisation. It takes care of the existing contacts, future prospects, sales as well as service needs effectively.

A Software, which is a need of the day, is designed keeping in mind the adversity of an organisation relating to maintaining customer's requirements and to service them to cater their needs. It takes care of all the activities like, Contact management, Appointment scheduling, Mail management, keeping track of Opportunities and Leads, etc. In short it acts as an organizer, Customer Relation Manager, and a messenger.
