Vendor management (1 event per quarter)
Interacting with the customer vendor on behalf of the customer for resolving any hardware issues, as per customers SLA with vendor.
Hardware trouble shooting (1 event per quarter)
Initial trouble shooting will involve diagnosis regarding nature of hardware failure and informing the same to the customer for corrective action. We will not be responsible for replacement or upgradation of any hardware components for colocated servers.
