E-mails have become part of the life for every individual. But to manage, configure and distribute with one or many accounts needs to be addressed. SMART MAIL helps in managing the mails efficiently. It handles, diverts the right access, distributes and creates the mailbox for every user. It gets you connected with its one or many of the POP3 accounts. Ideal for mass handling of E-mail accounts. In a LAN environment, clients can send an email with attachments to the server. Mailer system is installed on the Server.

The MS Outlook / Outlook express / Netscape Navigator on Client is configured to talk to server for email purposes. Mailer system picks up all the emails on connection to the dialup/cable/ISDN and sends emails. On retrieving front, Mailer system has an ability to route the emails to the users based on "Aliases" provided in the system. This saves Company the cost of having different email accounts to be established with the paid service providers. In the event of cable/ISDN connection, server routes the emails to the users at runtime as an when emails are received for inward/outward transmission.

There is also a feature in the product to allow users to configure and access their emails for external service providers like yahoo, hotmail etc.

Users will have to be registered on the "Smart Mail" in order to receive or send emails to other external domains. Specifying the number can restrict number of Users who are allowed to configure for emails with external services. These are the features over and above the normal basic features available with any mailer application.
