Smart Leads is a product that is universally designed to suit any call centers. Leads generated from any source are entered into the system through a standard mechanism. This package is intelligent enough to do certain validations like zip code with Area, list of values for quick entries etc, and thereby providing a fast and accurate data entry and management with few manual input of values.

It also takes care of distribution of leads/enquires into a proper geographical distribution for prompt action. It also generates various critical reports for the management. Ideal for Call Centers, Marketing/Service division, help desk of any business house.

Smart Leads will process lead information, which will be input using Standard form. The data will be generated by inbound calls, outbound calls, mailing lists and any other mode like internal/external source, from friend, from reference, from advertisements etc. One time load can be done systematically however user will manually enter the details on this form to capture all required - fruitful information to be able to follow-up and convert the leads into qualified leads. Needless to say, data can be queried based on last name, first name and/or combination of the fields. Smart Leads will consolidate all the qualified leads and allocate based on zip codes or territory to the LA's with intimation to respective SMs. Typically, the process will flow in the following manner:

 
Data is entered into the system using Standard Form by Call Center users
System classifies all the LA's by Pin Code or Location. System will look for the LA's that fall within the lead's Pin Code/Location. The LA's within he area are rated as per their performance.
The LA rated the best will be sent an email, FAX.SM/LA can check for the prospects on the web site.
Simultaneously an email, FAX will be sent to SM. SM can check for the prospects on the website.
LA is supposed to meet the prospect and give feedback to SM. If LA has met the prospect then he has to convey it to SM and SM will check with the prospect and update the system
If SM does not get the feedback from LA or SM does not update the system then system waits for 2 - 3 days before allocating next LA.
If LA manages to sale then SM updates the system. If not then lead is added in the system as a prospect.
If LA does not meet the Lead SM chases him to attend the call.
If LA fails to meet lead within 2 - 3 days then an auto email, FAX is sent to the next LA in the rating list or the next LA can see it on the web site and the process continues. Negative mark is made against the non-performing LA.
Various critical reports can be generated from the lead management system.
